2025 Affordable Housing Program Round Opens Soon

The Affordable Housing Program (AHP) is a competitive grant program that provides gap financing for the acquisition, rehabilitation or new construction of qualifying owner-occupied and rental housing projects. This year we are excited to announce a record amount of funding available for the 2025 AHP round with at least $32.3 million available for projects and a better chance than ever to be approved for funding to support your community.

This year’s AHP round will open July 1 with a maximum subsidy of $1.5 million per project. The round closes Aug. 15 with the award announcement no later than Dec. 31. Get inspired for your application by reading about past projects approved for AHP funding at the link below.
