As previously announced, FHLBank Topeka has recently made some updates to our Members Only site. We are requesting your assistance to help make these changes successful.

You are currently the only Members Only administrator for your institution. As part of our digital transformation, we now require all member administrator actions to have dual approval. Because your institution currently only has one member administrator, a second must be established before any changes (to add or remove roles or users) can be approved.

Once your institution submits our new Master Transaction Agreement (MTA), we will use it to establish additional member administrators. However, if your institution is currently waiting for board approval of the MTA, you can authorize a second member administrator now by completing the Members Only Administrator Setup Form.
