As one of your institution’s member administrators for FHLBank Topeka’s Members Only website, we need your help as we progress in our digital transformation process. In order to prevent any delays in service from FHLBank Topeka, the following actions are necessary before May 3, 2024:

  • Access the User Admin page on Members Only to verify you have at least two individuals assigned the Member Admin 1 role for your institution.
    • If you do not have two users with this role, check on your institution’s progress in reviewing our new Master Transaction Agreement (MTA) and submitting the associated Enrollment Form via Adobe Sign by the May 3, 2024 deadline. The form certifies your board’s adoption of resolutions and establishes at least two member administrators.
    • If your board cannot adopt the resolutions until closer to the May 3, 2024 deadline, utilize the Members Only Administrator Setup Form to establish a second member administrator in order to proceed with the remaining steps.
  • Update all existing and add any necessary new Members Only accounts for all members of your team authorized to do transactions with FHLBank Topeka.
    • Add all applicable ‘2’ roles for each account. These roles become effective May 6, 2024 and will not be automatically granted.
    • A second member administrator will need to approve all accounts within five business days.
  • Ensure all user accounts listed on the User Admin page in Members Only are in black font. If any remain in green or teal font, further action is still needed to approve the account/roles before May 3, 2024.
    • If an account in green font needs to be deleted, first submit and approve it, and then the delete option will be available.
