Member Registration
Members must register with FHLBank on an annual basis to participate in the Homeownership Set-aside Program (HSP). Registration Agreements are accepted after they are made available on our website through November 14, 2016.
How to Register:
- Complete the Registration Agreement. The Registration Agreement can be found on the right side of this page under the heading Forms.
- Submit the completed Registration Agreement to FHLBank via TrueShare.
- FHLBank will notify you to confirm the receipt of your Registration Agreement.
