For optimal viewing, select 720 HD or 1080 HD in the YouTube settings under the gear icon in the lower right hand corner of the video window.
After the transaction closes, the member will submit a Disbursement Request Form to FHLBank along with a final Closing Disclosure (CD), recorded Real Estate Retention Agreement and Homebuyer Education Certificate. Members may submit disbursement requests via TrueShare through December 5, 2016. FHLBank will complete all disbursements by December 31, 2016.
How to request disbursement of funds:
Complete the Disbursement Request Form. The Disbursement Request Form can be found on the right side of this page under the heading Forms.
Submit the completed Disbursement Request Form and required documentation via TrueShare.
FHLBank will notify you to confirm receipt of your disbursement request.
FHLBank will notify you when your disbursement has been approved or denied.
